Laborer

Hourly pay
Learn the trade on real job sites alongside experienced painters: surface prep, protecting floors and furniture, setup, and cleanup.
Step 02
Painter
$18–$25/hr
+ Bonus pay
Put your skills to work on residential and commercial projects, delivering the clean, detailed finish Rodgers Painting is known for.
Step 03
Crew Leader
$22–$30/hr
+ Bonus pay + Crew leader bonus
Run your own crew. Keep jobs organized and on schedule, hold the work to our standards, and help train new painters.
